With hundreds of thousands of happy customers, Moto Boutique's Free Exchange Policy adds even more transparency and comfort when buying your next vehicle. Not the right vehicle? No worries. Moto Boutique allows you to bring your vehicle back to us, and exchange it for another within 5 days or 150 miles of the purchase. Please read the full terms and conditions of the program below. Within the first 5 days or 150 miles from the date of purchase (whichever comes first) you, the purchaser, may return an eligible vehicle to Moto Boutique for an exchange of another eligible vehicle if not completely satisfied with the original vehicle. This is an exchange program only- no cash refunds.
Vehicle Inspection
Any vehicle returned under the 5-Day/150-Mile Vehicle Exchange Program will be inspected by the dealer for damage and excessive wear and tear. If non-warranty repairs equal to or greater than $500 have been performed or are necessary as a result of the customer's use of the vehicle, the vehicle is not eligible to be returned. If less than $500, the damage repair estimate will be deducted from the credit amount.
Original Trade-In Vehicle
If the customer trades in her/his current vehicle as part of the used vehicle purchase transaction, the trade-in instantly becomes inventory of Moto Boutique, and will not be exchanged back to the customer.
Valuation of "Trade-In" Vehicle
If the customer trades in her/his current vehicle as part of the used-vehicle purchase transaction, the "Agreed-Upon Trade-in Value" will be used in determining the value to be applied to an equivalent vehicle.
Additional Credit Approval Required:
Due to the lender's approval stipulations, approval on one vehicle does not guarantee approval on a different vehicle. If the customer elects to do the exchange, additional credit approval is required. Approval and terms are subject to the consumer's credit rating, loan-to-value ratio, debt-to-income ratio, vehicle condition, and the structure of the original deal with the lender who approved the original loan. Exchanges can only be done if there is a new approval for the customer.
Exclusions
- Vehicles over 6 years/25,000 miles
- If a customer is unable to be financed on a different vehicle
- Vehicles that have had non-factory aftermarket accessories installed
- Branded titles (e.g., salvage, rebuilt, junk, or flooded history)
*The physical exchange must be completed on, or before 5 days of the purchase date. Notification of the intention of doing an exchange before 5 days does not qualify for the exchange. The vehicle must be exchanged in person within the 5-day/150 mile exchange period.
*Original purchaser must present the vehicle in person to Moto Boutique for exchange within the 5-day period.
*Not transferable must be Original purchaser.
30-day price match guarantee terms & conditions
Price match guarantee. In the event that you find your vehicle advertised for less on another website within 30 days of purchase at Moto Boutique, Moto Boutique will credit or refund you the price difference. You must submit the qualifying advertisement to the proper email address within 30 days from the date of your used car purchase. To receive the benefit, you may be required to sign a sales contract that reflects the difference in vehicle price. If you financed the purchase of the used vehicle, the refund may be issued to the lienholder and applied toward your principal loan balance. The Email must be sent to our Guest Services.
Advertisement must be online. Only online advertisements are eligible for the Price Match Guarantee. For example, verbal, handwritten, newspaper, radio, paper, and mail advertisements will not be accepted.
Geographic limitation. The lower-priced vehicle must be available for sale from a dealer within a 100-mile radius of the Moto Boutique dealership where you purchased your vehicle.
Purchase must be completed. In order to be eligible for a Price Match Guarantee claim, you must have completed your vehicle purchase at Moto Boutique at the time of the claim, signed all necessary paperwork, and paid all money due to Moto Boutique at the time of submitting the claim.
New vehicles and leases are not eligible. Only used vehicle purchases are eligible for the Price Match Guarantee. Leased vehicles are not eligible. Excludes any cars under $10k Sales price.
Must be an "Apples to Apples" Comparison. The Price Match Guarantee is available only for vehicles of the same year, make, model, and trim that contain the same options, packages, and after-market equipment. The vehicle's mileage must be within 5000 miles (150 miles for motorcycles) of the odometer reading on the vehicle you purchased at Moto Boutique, as reflected on your Retail Installment Sales Contract. An advertised vehicle that contains negative prior history different from the vehicle you purchased at Moto Boutique will not be eligible for the Price Match Guarantee. This includes but is not limited to, prior accidents, frame damage, branded titles (e.g., salvage, junk, or flooded history), rental use, rideshare use, taxi use, reported stolen, lemon-law buybacks, and gross polluters.
The vehicle must be offered for sale by a licensed dealer. To qualify for the Price Match Guarantee, the advertisement reflecting the lower-priced vehicle must be from a motor vehicle dealer licensed by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Upon submission of the advertisement, Moto Boutique will reject any advertisement that fails to meet this requirement.
Advertisements must be unexpired and valid. Only unexpired and valid advertisements are eligible for the Price Match Guarantee. At the time of submission, the advertisement must still be posted on the competing dealer's website and the vehicle must still be available for sale.
Verification of Claims. All requests and advertisements submitted in connection with the Price Match Guarantee are subject to verification by Moto Boutique. Moto Boutique will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by Moto Boutique personnel. Moto Boutique will not accept any advertisement that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently, deceptively, or in bad faith.
Changes. The terms that are in effect at the time of your vehicle purchase will determine your eligibility under the Price Match Guarantee. However, Moto Boutique reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee or to restrict its availability without prior notice. The failure by Moto Boutique to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Moto Boutique reserves the right to void the 30-day price match Guarantee at any time with a written notice before the sale.
